Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping options and estimated delivery times for your location are shown at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

How long will delivery take?

U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders typically take 15–30 business days. You'll see estimated delivery times at checkout. Many orders arrive sooner, but these timeframes should be used for planning purposes.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items begin production shortly after purchase and typically arrive within 3–5 weeks—you'll see a note on the product page if that applies. Gift cards are delivered instantly by email.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can also visit our Order Tracking page anytime. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

U.S. orders have no customs fees—we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes determined by your country. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Will my order arrive in multiple shipments?

Sometimes. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to get to you faster. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.


Returns & Refunds


What's your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. We don't charge restocking fees. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions once approved. Please don't ship anything back until you hear from us.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider. Want it faster? You can choose instant store credit instead.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll work with you on a replacement, partial refund, or full refund—whatever makes sense for the situation.


Order Changes & Issues


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel it. See our Return & Refund Policy for cancellation details on made-to-order items.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately. We can usually update it if the order hasn't shipped yet, but can't guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

My order says delivered but I don't have it.

First, check around your property, with neighbors, and any safe spots the carrier might have left it. Still can't find it? Contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier where applicable.

My package is lost in transit. What happens?

If your package is confirmed lost, contact us. We'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund, typically within 3–7 business days.
